*NOTE: This session IS NOT A RADIO MOBILE HOW-TO, rather it is an advanced discussion that uses Radio Mobile as a tool to illustrate Rf Engineering concepts.

 
  Panelists

  • Ron Olexa is the author of Implementing 802.11, 802.16 and 802.20 Networks: Design, Troubleshooting and Operations. Ron brings over 30 years of experience in wireless system planning, implementation and operation.  He experience includes acting formerly as the Executive VP and CTO at Advanced Radio Telecom, the Chief Operating Officer at Superconducting Core Technologies, the Executive Vice President at Dial Call, Inc and the Executive Director of Engineering at PacTel Cellular.
     
  • Brian Webster has worked in the Telecommunications field for 16 years, with a focus on radio system, cellular and wireless communications system design.  He is currently the proprietary of Brian Webster Consulting, aka Wireless Mapping, a technology contractor and consultant specializing in telecommunications system design including Radio Frequency engineering, mapping, Wireless Internet Service Provider systems, testing and planning.
     
  • Robert Anderson has worked in the Telecommunications field for 16 years, including long haul Satellite, terrestrial, PCS and Broadband; with particular focus on acquisition analysis for wireless markets and integrated network assessment.  Robert is currently researching and developing proprietary algorithms and processes, using GIS LIDAR and IFSAR airborne and satellite data in conjunction with relational databases.  This utilizes census, traffic and morphological data for economic investment modeling, network design, performance audits, valuation and trending analysis for multiple industries and applications.
