Back to Agenda
This session is designed to stimulate strategic
thinking and action between local, state, and federal
governments, organizations, companies, communities, and
individuals to connect, collaborate, and commit to a
plan of innovative thinking which will keep or put their
residents on the road to the top of the global need
chain. The session will describe who, what, when,
why and how Rural Americans can combine their individual
goals and efforts together with others seeking the same
common good and secure their future and the future of
their people, instead of waiting for the inevitable
"plug" to be pulled when the entire town becomes a ghost
town and where the youth never return once they pass the
city limit sign.
SlingShot Wireless will illustrate
the recent collaboration efforts and implementations for
very rural America located in the southernmost part of
Illinois which now allows a rural farmer in Cairo, IL
the ability to conduct business with a farmer in Cairo,
Egypt.
Come to the session and register to win a
Bushnell Laser Rangefinder, so you can size up the road
ahead of your rural community.
